Ivan to Make Landfall Tomorrow
National Hurricane Center says Ivan might stall over the Appalachians and "produce a very serious flooding event." New Orleans is being evacuated, and they're reversing traffic on Interstate 10 to speed it up. Shreveport's hotels are full of evacuees. Florida (except for the panhandle) may get lucky this time around. Power companies are already freaked.
