At Least the Editors Hate It As Much As the Readers Do
A good example of why newspaper readership is declining: Reporters scribbling out overworked, wordy "stories" that read like second drafts of junior-high novellas about existential angst. Just get to the facts and get out! It's refreshing that at least the copy editors are annoyed by this lousy behavior.
