France looks like the place where the EU will be first (and maybe permanently) derailed. Things are going badly for the EU in the Netherlands (63% of Dutch plan to vote "No"), too, but Ireland has scheduled its EU vote for next year anyway. Sign the affair is doomed: The EU Parliament is talking about mandatory seat belts on school buses. Seems like that's the kind of thing that individual countries and regions could decide for themselves.
