Anonymity online goes both ways
Reporters Without Borders publishes a guide for dissidents to use to get the most out of online anonymity so they can tell the world what goes on under oppressive regimes - which is a great use of technology. Yet at the same time, anonymous Internet posting makes it possible for terrorists and criminals to post things like recruitment videos online as well.
