Sunday Nights at 9:00 Newsradio 1040 WHO This Week: If you're like most Iowans, you probably hit one of our Interstate highways or four-lane freeways at least once every couple of weeks, if not more often. And for those of us who spend a lot of time on the rural freeways, there's nothing more frustrating than dragging along at 65 miles an hour when just across the state line almost anywhere -- Nebraska, Minnesota, or Missouri included -- the limits are at least 5 miles an hour higher. Tonight we'll talk about bringing Iowa's speed limits up to par with the rest of the Midwest.
