There's a pretty fuzzy rumor going around left-leaning circles that the Bush administration is sitting on a secret plan to reinstate the draft.
Aside from the general level of skepticism we should all apply to an emotionally-charged suggestion like that, there are plenty of reasons to believe that there's no good reason to reinstate the draft. We'll talk about ten of them tonight.
There's also plenty of time to talk about the "Draft Vilsack" movement that hit the Iowa Democratic Party yesterday, as well as plenty of other nonsense that's been getting press of late.
