On bias and news reporting: A Washington Post editor has closed his Twitter account in tandem with new guidelines on reporting and commentary at the paper. We're actually better off knowing people's biases and instincts, and if they come out via Twitter, that's not a bad thing. Rick Sanchez pretends he's neutral on "CNN Newsroom", but he's not. It's better to be up-front about biases and then held to a higher standard. What if Rush Limbaugh and Keith Olbermann had to co-write a story?
