Self-Examination Day
Brian Gongol
Once a month, everyone should conduct a self-examination for cancer. Two to five minutes a month spent on early detection is a vastly better investment than forwarding around
hoaxes and bad advice.
For men:
Conduct a
testicular self-examination, preferably in a warm shower.
For women:
Conduct a
breast self-examination, (mostly valuable for increasing
self-awareness rather than true diagnostics).
For everyone:
Conduct a
self-examination of your skin with the help of a mirror.
