- The NFL is entering a "partnership" to provide "financial, operationa, and promotional support" to the National Domestic Violence Hotline and the National Sexual Violence Resource Center, as a step towards cleaning up its image. Roger Goodell's memo on the subject also orders that all league and team personnel participate in "education sessions on domestic violence and sexual assault". Goodell says he isn't resigning over the recent incidents or his handling thereof.
