North Korea Claims Nuclear Weapons, Drops Out of Talks In other news from North Korea, where millions have died of famine due to totalitarian government, a public presentation on Kim Jong Il's "greatness" is the news of the hour. There's considerable reason to believe that North Korea is only posturing, but the leadership there is bizarre enough to make anything possible. What's odd about all this is that the news reports say the announcement is on the website of the North Korean propaganda agency, but the supposed claims are not to be found on either today's page or yesterday's. |
