Thanks to the recent rain, there's once again a healthy amount of moisture in the ground. That's a nice change, even if it means Brian Dean is finding toadstools in his yard where the grass was brown before.
Are we spending too much time and energy worrying about terrorist threats and not enough thinking about things that are much more likely to affect us, like health problems?
The photos claiming to show Fidel Castro in good health include a funny thing -- a big Adidas logo on the chest of his track suit. Adidas (a German company) was also the logowear of choice for Cuba's 2004 Olympic team, but it sure seems funny for the "Father of the [Communist] Revolution" to be wearing corporate sponsorship on his chest.
